Installation
1. Consistency of outlet and inlet on pump and main channel of tube
2. Pump installed on the top and Liquid suction hose must be below
3. Pump is fixed on the wall or other facilities
4. Consistency of direction of water and outlet &inlet of pump,good closeness guaranteed
5. 100-120meshs filter installed between the pump inlet and valve
6. Open the main valves on the two sides and close the branch one for addingfertilizers
7. You will hear sound "clack-clack-clack"when working, please press down air release valve on the top, stop when a little water flow come out to guarantee running.
USE TIP:
Prolong the service life and install filters to ensure the water quality entering the dosing device, so as to reduce wear. Ensure that there are no impurities and particulate matter in the barrel. Ensure that the filter head at the bottom of the suction pipe is installed well. Feeding - soluble powder ensure that the powder is soluble, and start sucking after the powder has been fully dissolved. If necessary, the powder can be dissolved in hot water, but it needs to be cooled before starting to suck. If the powder is not completely dissolved, it will wear the piston, washer and other internal parts.
