In the water treatment equipment, there is a leading element made of polymer materials. It is an artificial liver semi permeable membrane made of simulated biological semi permeable membrane, which is called reverse osmosis membrane. The permeability of the membrane is closely related to the membrane itself. According to the degree of reaction of some high scores to salt and water, the permeability of water is relatively good for polymer materials.
Reverse osmosis technology is a relatively mature water treatment technology developed in recent years. Reverse osmosis membrane will accumulate a lot of impurities in the process of water treatment. We will clean the reverse osmosis membrane regularly. The cleaning solution is relatively simple. We usually use clean product water to prepare cleaning solution. These cleaning fluids are used for circulating cleaning in pumped or pressure vessels. After the raw water is pretreated by PP filter element (sand bar filter), activated carbon unit, water softener unit and other pretreatment systems, the content of suspended solids (particulate matter), colloid, organic matter, hardness, microorganism and other impurities in the water is greatly reduced, so as to reduce the treatment load of subsequent fine treatment systems such as reverse osmosis and electric desalting and prolong its service life.
Process Design:
Raw water tank → raw water pump → sand filter → carbon adsorber → water softener (or metering dosing system) → fine filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis device → ozone generator → pure water tank → water point.
